The Yacyretá Dam

it have 808 metres long dam and also it is a hydroelectric power plant. it was built on the waterfalls of Jasyretâ-Apipé. it was very criticized during its construction because of the flooding of the environment, it costed 15 billion. It is one of the electricity generating companies in Latin America and provides a maximum power output of 3,100 megawatts.
